Wheels Ready to Ship (non special order):

We are able to return, exchange and swap within 30 days of ordering/receiving your wheels from any NON SPECIAL ORDER wheel set. For returns buyer is responsible for return shipping and up to a 35% restocking fee may apply. If exchanging wheels buyer is responsible for shipping of old product back, as well as new product out. Restocking fee may apply. If shipping damage or manufacturing defect warranty claim within 30 days buyer IS NOT responsible for shipping. ILLITE LLC will work with the manufacturer to handle the exchange. Outside of 30 days buyer is responsible for shipping.

Once tires are mounted wheels are considered used. Please test fit your wheels before mounting tires to make sure everything fits as desired. ILLFITMENT is NOT responsible for taking back used wheels and will not take them as return or exchange under any circumstances.

All wheels are covered by the manufacturer warranty and ILLFITMENT is NOT responsible for the defects, or failures of any products not manufactured by ILLITE LLC. All manufacturer policies for warranty  and DOT approval/road use apply. If a defect should arise, warranty is handled direct with manufacturer through our support staff or direct with manufacturer depending on brand.

All custom ordered cast wheels are made to order and final sale. Back order items and other items that we special order for the consumer also fall in this category. All sales on our custom ordered wheels are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued** This includes custom finishes on cast or flowform wheels as well as any back order/special order items. If we custom order it, you are responsible as the consumer. Special Order/Back order reviewed on case to case basis.

Custom Ordered Wheels:

Our custom ordered wheels are made to order. All sales on our forged or custom ordered wheels are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued** This includes custom finishes on cast or flowform wheels as well as any back order/special order items. If we custom order it, you are responsible as the consumer.

All forged orders are completely custom and built to order. Each set is built to the customers desire for bolt pattern, center bore, finishing on centers, center caps, lips, barrels and more. The wheels are also built for the customers vehicle and what the customer desires.

There are no refunds or returns on custom ordered wheels. Period. We will not give a refund or return on deposit or payment in full for any reason once the wheel build has stared. The wheels are custom built and built to your liking. Under no circumstance will we grant a refund. By buying forged wheels you are understanding these regulations and terms.

Suspension/Other Products:

We are able to return, exchange and swap within 30 days of ordering/receiving your suspension or other parts from any NON SPECIAL ORDER parts set. For returns buyer is responsible for return shipping and up to a 35% restocking fee may apply. If exchanging parts buyer is responsible for shipping of old product back, as well as new product out. Restocking fee may apply. If shipping damage or manufacturing defect warranty claim within 30 days buyer IS NOT responsible for shipping. ILLITE LLC will work with the manufacturer to handle the exchange. Outside of 30 days buyer is responsible for shipping.

Once install is started parts are considered used. Please check parts before install to make sure everything shipped as desired. ILLFITMENT is NOT responsible for taking back used parts and will not take them as return or exchange under any circumstances.

Shipping and Handling Policy:

ILLITE LLC requires a receiver signature on all UPS™ and FedEx™ shipments valued at $400.00 USD or greater.

Typical order handling and processing time is 48 hours for orders placed Monday through Friday. We do our best to ship orders immediately but we reserve the right to take up to four (business) days to ship in-stock products. Business days are Monday through Friday; orders are not processed on weekends. Orders placed after 2pm EST will be processed the following business day, regardless of the shipping method. Additionally, UPS delivers ALL orders Monday thru Friday, regardless of the shipping time. If you need an order to be delivered on a Saturday (this applies to 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air orders only), there is a $20 Saturday delivery fee, and this can only be arranged for by calling in and placing your order over the phone.

Products made by D2 Racing, Airlift, and TruHart suspension as well as all other special order products like BC Racing Extreme Low Coilovers, are not typically kept in stock and are considered 'made to order'. The aforementioned products as well as all other special order and 'built to order' products may take up to eight weeks to be assembled and imported. Our four day turn-around time policy applies to in-stock products only.

International shipping prices do not include import duties or taxes. We are unable to estimate what these importation costs may be. It is the customer's responsibility to research local duties and fees before placing an order. Canadian orders shipped via UPS™ (Worldwide Expedited™) include duties, but other fees and taxes still apply.

Any free shipping offers indicated on ILLFITMENT.COM include no-charge shipping to customers in the lower 48 states. Standard shipping rates will apply to all other customers. ILLITE LLC reserves the right to take an additional 48 hours to process orders shipped via 'free shipping'.

Items with the stock level of "Ships from Supplier" are only shipped from the supplier within the Continental US (lower 48 states). Any product with the stock level of "Ships from Supplier" that is shipping outside of the lower 48 will first arrive at the ILLFITMENT facility before shipping to it's final destination. If an order is shipping outside of the Continental US and contains both "In Stock" items and "Ships from Supplier" items, the full contents of the order will be collected at the ILLFITMENT facility first and will be shipped together regardless of the shipping speed that was paid for.

UPS does not deliver packages to PO boxes. Items shipped via UPS to a PO box will be returned to the sender, and shipping charges cannot be refunded.

In an effort to prevent fraud and protect your packages, every shipment from our facility is shipped with a restriction that prevents package destination changes. If you would prefer to pick your package up at a local facility, please contact us to do so before the third delivery attempt.
